We deliver pre- and post-contract award PMO support through
project management, technical advisory, planning,
procurement, commercial oversight, project estimation,
and commissioning assistance—facilitating ECI and project
delivery for substation projects.
Supporting the full ECI programme lifecycle with structured planning, coordination, and delivery management for substation infrastructure projects.
We have FIDIC and NEC-trained contract and commercial leaders who bring experience from NG, SSE, UKPN and SPEN frameworks. They support the client during the pre-contract stage to provide advice on contracts, risks, and opportunities.
